We bill clients weekly for the group session and they start the week your student begins group lessons. All bills are charged to the credit/debit card or checking account on file EVERY MONDAY, regardless of the day your student is scheduled for class.

Yes. Weekly billing is for your convenience of paying for the group session in full over time. The billing is not tied to the schedule in any way. Our sessions last several months and most of the days will encounter a holiday closure. These are handled the same as if you canceled a class for vacation. Your student received a make-up credit which can be used at any day/time until the end of the session. It is always up to the parent to schedule any make-ups before they expire. We will always help if you’re having difficulty. 

No. Since children in private classes graduate at different times and at different skill levels, we need to manually set up the accounts to make sure we get the schedule and billing right. 

Waitlisting works on a class-by-class basis and ONLY if you have a make-up credit available. Please only use it to schedule individual make-ups already available. Please note, when a waitlist spot opens up, the system checks your available make-up credits, if none exist (ie all your make-ups are scheduled) it will NOT notify you of the open spot.

This is handled the same way as a holiday closure. Make-up classes are issued and can be used any day/time until the end of the session.

We have been working for quite a while now to transition over to Zen Planner, a suite of products to streamline billing, scheduling, attendance, and much more.
No. The “Membership Terms” box is only shown to tell you how long the session is for, how many classes, the start date, and the end date.
You may reschedule your child as long as the cancellation is more than 24 hours before the scheduled class. Access your child’s profile in Zen Planner to cancel the upcoming class. Once canceled, please view the calendar for an open class and reserve the spot, being sure to choose the child’s name during this step (not the parent). If no spots are available, please use the waitlist feature.
If cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, you can use the credit from that class to reschedule a makeup. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you should remove your child from the schedule, but you will not be eligible for a makeup. Reminder, makeups are not guaranteed; they are based upon availability and any unused makeups will expire at the end of the session.
The new system accepts all 4 major credit cards plus EFT payments directly from any checking account. You’ll have the choice to setup automatic weekly payments or pay for the session in full. Please note, there is no discount for paying in full, and if choosing the weekly option, you are setting up an automatic payment regardless of your attendance.

Yes, these options are still available. You’ll be required to pay in full prior to the beginning of the session. Please choose the appropriate Pay In Full option during checkout. We apologize for the change, but the system will not allow weekly payments from these digital forms any longer.

However, if you rely on Venmo or PayPal and still prefer to pay weekly, you can sign up for their debit cards using the links below.

Reminder if paying with cash, you’ll need to stop by the front desk before the start of the session to settle your account.

It is not necessary since Zen Planner can be used from a desktop or mobile browser.  However, we find the mobile app experience to be the best for managing your schedule. It is available for both Android and iOS.
Any unused classes, due to a cancellation or recognized holiday by IACT, will be refunded. Any unused classes, due to a parent/child cancellation and more than 24 hours in advance, will be eligible for a makeup class. Makeups are not guaranteed; they are based upon availability and expire at the end of the session. Any unused classes, due to a parent/child cancellation and less than 24 hours in advance, are not eligible for makeups or refunds and will count as a used class credit.
